Founder and CEO

Robert Luckley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Valmora Living, a full-service real estate development company with projects across the United States and internationally. He founded the company in 1999 after identifying significant opportunities in the global real estate market and began acquiring strategic assets across Australia, the United States, and parts of Europe, with a focus on California, Melbourne, and London. These early investments laid the foundation for what would become Valmora Living.

Under Mr. Luckley’s leadership, Valmora Living has grown into a recognized development firm delivering projects around the world, supported by strong partnerships with leading hospitality brands and operators. The company has also built lasting relationships with private high-net-worth investors who trust Valmora Living’s disciplined approach to development and commitment to quality, value, and enduring design. Mr. Luckley’s philosophy is rooted in craftsmanship and attention to detail, principles influenced by his earlier international experience in the diamond industry.

Mr. Luckley holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.

Juliet Kennedy is the Chief Operating Officer of Valmora Living. For over two decades Ms. Kennedy has been a driving force behind the company’s exponential growth and evolution from a single business venture into a full-service development company. As COO, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the various arms of the company and facilitates the overall collaboration and communication between the teams, to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Ms. Kennedy received her BA from the University of Louisville and holds a CPA license and CGMA and IFRS certifications. She is an active advocate for Alzheimer awareness, funding and research serving in a variety of volunteer roles including The Alzheimer’s Association Ambassador to Senator Mitch McConnell.
