Founder and Chairman

Robert Luckley is Chairman and Founder of Valmora Living. Mr. Luckley founded the company in 1999, when he recognized the potential of the real estate market in the United States. He began acquiring real estate assets throughout the country, with a focus on California, and formed Valmora Living. Today, Mr. Luckley and his team power one of the most recognizable full-service development companies in the country and abroad. From the outset, Mr. Luckley has been committed to delivering quality, value, and beauty. This passion originated with his international work in the diamond industry.

Robert received his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from University of Auckland, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from University of Southern California.

Juliet Kennedy is the Chief Operating Officer of Valmora Living. For over two decades Ms. Kennedy has been a driving force behind the company’s exponential growth and evolution from a single business venture into a full-service development company. As COO, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the various arms of the company and facilitates the overall collaboration and communication between the teams, to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Ms. Kennedy received her BA from the University of Louisville and holds a CPA license and CGMA and IFRS certifications. She is an active advocate for Alzheimer awareness, funding and research serving in a variety of volunteer roles including The Alzheimer’s Association Ambassador to Senator Mitch McConnell.
